Pharmaceutical care – Reimbursements and conditions
What reimbursement will you receive?
The ZEM Polis offers full (100%) reimbursement in accordance with our preference policy. The reimbursement applies if you see a contracted GP.
Excess
The costs of a preferred medicine are not subject to your excess.
However, the costs of medicines with an active ingredient other than the preferred medicines do count towards your excess.
So do the costs of the pharmacy's services.
In a number of situations you are required to pay a statutory personal contribution. In 2024, the maximum contribution is €250. Consult your pharmacy for information about the amount of your personal contribution.
