How long will it take for us to process your complaint?
Depending on the details of your complaint, we will need several working days up to 3 weeks to process it.
If we need additional information or have to engage individuals or authorities outside of ZEM, handling your complaint will take longer.

Complaints about your care provider
If you have a complaint about a care provider, you should first discuss it with the provider concerned. You can also contact the care provider's complaints board. If you cannot resolve the matter in this way, you may contact us for advice or consult the Landelijk Meldpunt Zorg (National Healthcare Reporting Centre).
